Carnival Queen Disco for 2010
Venue to be announced
Rules for Entry - Potential Queen and attendants must be residents of the parish of Blackwell. The Draw will take place at 9pm, entries must be accompanied by a parent of legal gardian.
Age Groups
- Queen 12 year of age on or before Carnival day
- Junior Attendant 7 to 11 years of age
- Infant attendant up to 7 years of age
Application forms will be available on the night. The winners will be expected to take part in all the community events organised by the committee throughout the year.
